Personal data is processed to: (a) respond to commercial property enquiries and facilitate communication with agents, brokers, property owners, and developers; (b) conduct identity verification and due diligence in connection with property transactions, where required; (c) comply with AML/CFT/CPF and regulatory obligations applicable to licensed real estate brokerages in the UAE; (d) improve website performance and user experience.

As a licensed real estate brokerage, Elite Property Brokerage LLC is subject to AML/CFT/CPF obligations under UAE law. Personal data collected in connection with property transactions may be processed and retained for regulatory compliance purposes for a minimum period of five (5) years. Disclosure to competent authorities, including the UAE Ministry of Economy, the Dubai Land Department, and the Financial Intelligence Unit, may be required by law.

We do not sell or rent personal data. Data may be shared with: (a) property developers, landlords, and their representatives, to progress a specific enquiry or transaction; (b) affiliated group entities; (c) competent regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law; (d) technology and professional service providers under confidentiality obligations.

Transaction and client records will be retained for a minimum of five (5) years in compliance with UAE regulatory requirements.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorised access or disclosure.
